STORIES OF OTHERS – Life Is Beautiful

On this page I will share stories of how human life, whether inside or outside the womb, is beautiful, special, and meaningful.  From the moment of conception, every person has value. God has uniquely created and given life and breath to every single one.  May these stories bless and encourage those who read or watch them.

For You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, and my soul knows it very well.  My frame was not hidden from You, when I was made in secret, and skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth; Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; And in Your book were all written the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there was not one of them.  (Psalm 139:13-16)

Wife for Life  

This is the story of Lisa and her husband and their baby who died in the womb of natural causes at 14.5 weeks gestation.  It is a touching story describing the birth of her baby and of Lisa’s observations as she looked upon her beautiful Olivia.

Baby Melinda  

Baby Melinda was born at 24 weeks gestation, weighing 9.5 ounces, and being small enough to fit in the palm of the doctor’s hand. Her story is amazing and reveals the truth of precious human life in the womb.  ABC news had an awesome article about her and video interviews, but for whatever reasons their links no longer work.  Baby Melinda made lots of headline news in January of 2012 when she was released from the hospital and able to go home with her parents. 


Bethany's Story  

Bethany miscarried her little baby, Blessing, at around 6 weeks.  Blessing died in the womb due to a brain abnormality.  Bethany took pictures of Baby Blessing after the miscarriage and decided to share them with the world.  She wanted the world to see that her baby’s life was beautiful, even in at its tiny stage.  Bethany shares her story and pictures with Jill Stanek. Preston and Julian
This is the story of Diana who went into preterm labor and lost her twin baby boys at 19 weeks.  A touching story and a testimony of the difference that the short life of these two baby boys have made in the lives of their parents and thousands of other people.  There is also a Facebook page Hearts for Diana.


Jason and Marie's Memorial to Their Triplets
Jason and Marie were excitedly expecting triplets.  Unfortunately, the triplets were born too early at 22 weeks gestation (20 weeks after conception).  The triplets lived for four hours before they died.  During that time they were loved and held by their parents and family members.  This is a beautiful YouTube video dedicated to Bernadette, Adam, and Christine.
